These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SWF Portal (the "Service"), operated by Students Welfare Foundation ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

SWF Portal is an online platform that allows instructors to build and manage MCQ-based tests, and allows students to join exams, attempt tests, and view results. The Service includes features such as anti-cheat monitoring, automatic grading, ranking, and result publishing.

The SWF Portal name, logo, design, and underlying software are the property of Students Welfare Foundation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for content you create (such as test questions), you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Service (including academic dishonesty facilitated through anti-cheat bypass attempts). You may also request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Students Welfare Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data or exam results due to technical issues.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
