1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SWF Portal (the "Service"), operated by Students Welfare Foundation ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SWF Portal is an online platform that allows instructors to build and manage MCQ-based tests, and allows students to join exams, attempt tests, and view results. The Service includes features such as anti-cheat monitoring, automatic grading, ranking, and result publishing.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Accounts are role-based (Student, Instructor, Admin); you agree to use only the features associated with your assigned role.
- Email addresses must be verified via OTP before full access to the Service is granted.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Instructors may subscribe to Basic, Pro, or Max plans, each with different limits on tests, students, and features, as described on the Pricing page.
- Payments are made via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa. You must submit accurate transaction details and a valid screenshot as proof of payment.
- Submitted payments are manually reviewed by our administrators. A subscription is activated only after approval; submitting a payment does not guarantee immediate or automatic activation.
- We reserve the right to reject a payment if the proof provided is invalid, unclear, or cannot be verified, and may request a re-upload.
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a plan has been activated, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
- Subscriptions expire at the end of the billing period unless renewed; access to premium features may be limited or removed upon expiry.
5. Instructor Responsibilities
- Instructors are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the test content (questions, answers, and materials) they create.
- Instructors retain ownership of the test content they create, and grant SWF Portal a limited license to host, display, and process it in order to operate the Service.
- Instructors must not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, plagiarized, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
6. Student Conduct & Anti-Cheat
- Students must attempt exams honestly and in accordance with the rules set by the instructor for each test.
- The Service actively monitors certain behaviors during an exam (e.g. tab switching, window minimizing, copy/paste, right-click, print/screenshot attempts) and records them as violations.
- Depending on the test configuration, accumulating violations may result in automatic submission of the exam.
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or manipulate the anti-cheat system is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or to any part of the Service not intended for you.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service.
- Submit false or fraudulent payment proof.
